About Our Local Office

The Alameda County Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

The owner, Lucky Iselen, has worked as an independent IT contractor with Advanced Database Designs. He has also worked as an MS Access Application Engineer with Trinet Employers Group and as an IT Developer with Advanced Database implementation and maintenance. Lucky graduated from the University of Benin in Nigeria with a BS in computer science.

Co-owner, Ronke Iselen, has worked with the Internal Revenue Service and also with Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce for years. She has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration.

"I want to make a difference in my community" Lucky stated as his reason for opening an in-home care business. "Right at Home provides me the opportunity to bring quality senior services to Alameda County." When asked about his care philosophy, he stated, "I want to provide service to seniors in the same way that I would want those services provided to me."

Lucky lives in San Leandro with his wife Ronke and their 3 beautiful children. They enjoy traveling, soccer, and exploring the nature of Northern California.
